Neil is a veteran and was a Captain in the Air Force for 5 years as a communications system officer. 25 years in banking as a commercial loan officer before opening First Heritage Restoration in 2000. After 19 years in business he decided it was time to let his son take over First Heritage and he then started CAD Block and Stone in 2019.
Joseph has been around the block wall business since he was a child. His uncle was in the business and showed him everything there is to know about block walls. He is our main point of contact for CAD. If you are looking for a consult, estimate, billing, questions, anything you need he is our guy.
Juan is our head installer and has been installing block walls and fences for over 25 years. He manages the crew and makes sure everything is running smoothly on the job sites and things are being done in a timely manner. We get compliments on his work all the time since he is so meticulous with his installation process.
