The CAD Block and Stone crew arrived promptly at 6:00 (which was communicated a few days before, and agreed to). The crew was exceptionally efficient, very easy to communicate with and very friendly and accommodating. When they finished, everything was put back in order just like it was pre work. I would highly recommend CAD Block and Stone for any cement/concrete work you may have.

I entrusted Joseph and CAD Block and Stone with my entire front yard and backyard — turf, pavers, rocks, landscaping, irrigation, block wall, and a custom wrought iron gate — and I couldn’t be more thankful that I chose them over other bids.

Joseph coordinated every aspect of the project and was on site to supervise, ensuring things were done right. Along the way, he was reasonable, honest, and upfront about any unforeseen issues or delays, always keeping me informed. CAD Block and Stone was doing work for our city in our neighborhood and we needed to replace our back fence, as it was old and crumbling. They gave us a reasonable quote and completed the work as estimated. We also installed two gates and they were very accommodating to our size requests, as we did not want a standard size for one of the gates. A year on from this project, we are still very satisfied with the work and end product. For our future block and stone needs, we will definitely be using CAD Block and Stone again.

I just wanted to share my experience with Cad Block and Stone, Having been a Property Manager in the Valley for over 5 years I have never worked with such a professional crew as Jospeh has put together. His men were the best I have ever worked with. Jospeh brought a fence so I could still use the backyard for my dogs . That meant so much to me .The wall looks great and is everything I wanted. They even added the block for drawing water at bottom. After the men left each day, my yard was clean and neat. I would use Cad Block and Stone again. Called and scheduled an appointment for a quote with Joseph. He was a no show, nor answered my texts that were read on his end. Glad I found another masonry company who actually value their customers.

Ivan and his crew did a block fence extension between my property and some new construction next door a few months back, and his guys did a beautiful job. Plus, they knocked it out in one day! Very cleanly tooled joints, plumb and straight work.

Joseph and his crew gave outstanding service for a masonry repair project for my home exterior. CAD Block and Stone is listed on the Arizona Register of Contractors which is important to me. I needed masonry repair after a plumbing leak job. Joseph responded promptly and got me on his schedule very quickly. The crew patched up the siding very nicely. It matches the original brick very well. I recommend CAD Block and Stone.

CAD helped us raise the height of our backyard perimeter wall and we had a great experience. They were very professional and easy to work with, responsive to our many questions, and did a great job cleaning up so the yard didn’t look like a construction zone. They also were very quick - had the entire project done and cleaned up in just a couple days. We would use them again for future projects!
